When you hear about Geneva, the first thing that comes to mind is probably the amazing jewelry shops. You may not associate Geneva with great food, but trust me the quality of the food here is very good. Whenever I go to Geneva I know I will eat well.

I was craving for Japanese food, and decided to go to the Little Buddha. The Little Buddha is a trendy Sushi restaurant located in the center of the Geneva, and is close to the old town. It is the ‘little brother’ of the famous Buddha Bar in Paris. You should reserve a table in advance because it was packed even on a weekday! The space is dark, except for the beams of light coming from the little Red Buddha that shines across the room, it was very dramatic and unique.
Now onto the food: the special Little Buddha rolls, the incredibly fresh sashimi and the perfectly cooked juicy black cod that melted in my big giraffe mouth, they were oh so delicious! Obviously this is not traditional Japanese cuisine, but if you are looking for a night out with good cocktails, great fusion Japanese food and a nice bar where you can party on, then I will highly recommend the Little Buddha!
