I think I should change my name from the Hungry Giraffe to the Angry Giraffe! I am not angry with the dim sum but with myself for acting like a bloody tourist (as the English would say) to have dim sum in Harrod’s! It was a Saturday and I was feeling happy and apparently very rich when we went there! We ordered some really amazing dim sum including one with scallops and foie gras (yummyyyyy). Yes they were all very tasty and fresh, and the complimentary Jasmin tea made me very happy…that’s until I received the bill!!! We paid 75 pounds per person! In Chinatown I would have paid no more than 10 pounds! In Jing Fong NYC I paid 8.5 dollars and the food was much more tastier! Anyways I will stop whining now…it was good but I will not go there again! It’s way overpriced for the food!
