We dined at the Ju-Ma-Na Bar every night, sitting outside with a full view of the Indian Ocean, watching the sunset and enjoying some bubbly, it was gorgeous and very relaxing. The drinks we had were called the “1001 nights”. It is made of vodka and sparkling soda, topped with minted chewy blue bubbles.

Some of the dishes we had are shown below: The cold seafood platter with lobster, clams, mussels and crabs. The crabs were especially good and tasty with a hint of sweetness. The Sea Bass with Red Beet Sauce was moist and fresh! Lastly the Wagyu No.7 and the Beef Brisket cooked medium rare was perfect with only sea salt. Overall everything was done well and tasted fresh, the service was superb and the view, unbelievable.
