Sin Yin is a beautifully renovated, high-end Chinese restaurant located on the ground floor of the W Hotel Hong Kong. We went there to try out the dim sum. It was a disappointment. Although everything was nicely made, and delicately presented, considering the price and the taste, it is just not worth going. If you are staying at the W Hotel, instead of going to Sin Yin, walk down to Lei Garden in the Elements mall, the dim sum there is delicious and a lot less expensive.
