Alemagou is a restaurant that has been opened for a few years but only recently did they find a chef who can really cook. Located right on the second beach of Ftelia, just next to the main one, Alemagou’s open space blends in perfectly with the rest of the scenery. It is also one of the few restaurants here that are dog friendly, which means you can stay here with your dog to relax and enjoy the sunset together. I like to come here in the late afternoons to have a drink and listen to great music while watching the sunset.

I recently went here for my one-year wedding anniversary. We were a party of twelve and we ordered many dishes. My favorite was the octopus that was extremely soft in texture, the quinoa salad with crab, the fish carpaccio that was very refreshing and the juicy ribeye. The portions were huge so we left with a huge lobster pasta take away, which we devoured around two in the morning after many drinks.

If you are in Mykonos, I definitely recommend going to Alemagou. Other than great food and beautiful view, they also throw some amazing parties at their beach bar!
